Welcome to the Physical Limits Gym, We are situated in Great Bentley(just behind the village post office). The Physical Limits gym has been opened since January 2010 and has had a great amount of investment put into the gym to make sure that it is suitable to everyone's needs.

If you are new to the gym, or would just like some extra help, one of our qualified and friendly staff will be happy to help you and make sure you are getting the most out of your time in the gym.
