About Me

Since then, I have built up a vast amount of experience and knowledge within the industry enabling me to get amazing results with all my clients. To show that I practise what I preach, I did my first bodybuilding competition in September 2009 and have been doing fitness modelling for slendertone in 2009/10.

I also enjoy mountaineering and have climbed Britain’s 3 highest peaks (Scarfell Pike, Snowden & Ben Nevis).

Meet Tamzin
Tamzin first stepped into a gym at the age of 16 and never looked back.
She has built up her knowledge over the years, giving her an extensive advantage when helping others to achieve their goals.

Tamzin qualified as an instructor almost ten years ago and always strives to better herself, working towards her own goals, which enables her in turn to pass knowledge onto female fitness clients at Physical Limits to help achieve their goals.

   

Hello I’m Tamzin.
I've been underweight, I've been overweight.
I've got two children and have just turned 40, i work hard in my job and at home as a single mum.
I know life is a juggling act. it doesn’t mean you cant fit physical activity into your life.
It will increase your confidence and energy levels, boost your self esteem, help you sleep, tone up your wobbly bits (yes – we all have them!) and fight the cellulite.
Bodybuster and circuit classes are guaranteed to help you lose pounds and tone up your legs bums and tums. I also offer personal training sessions where i can help to motivate you and ultimately gain the body you want.
